This user friendly and very intuitive solution is designed to handle small to larger volume of answer scripts considering the Universities and School Boards.
The main subsystems off the solution can be defined as;
- Book Scanning Of the Answer scripts
- Storage and security of scanned PDFs as well as physical copy of the answer scripts for later retrievals.

Salient Features of the Scanning system :
- Inward inventory of the answer script bundles and each answer scripts within the respective bundle with other attributes.
- Inventory of the pages and attachments for the individual answer script.
- Handling all the exception e.g. missing pages, additional pages etc. for each of the answer script.
- Verification of the scanned images on go while scanning them through live preview.
- Quality check of each page of the scanned images is carried out parallely.
- Quality check rejects the answer script incase of incompleteness or improper quality or any mismatch.
- The rejected answer script gets resolved by the same operator who had scanned it or by team lead in some special cases.
- System passes forward Q.C. passed answer scripts to the Meta Data Entry team.
- The Meta Data Entry team relates the retrieval system with the actual student barcode/data and clears mismatch if any.
- Once the answer script gets through the Meta Data Entry sanction, it is entered in the system for outward.
- All successfully digitized answer scripts gets uploaded to the internet cloud and made available for download.

- Client can upload the question paper
- Every answer book is mapped with respective session, program and subject
- Question paper gets configured with respective scheme in the system
- Every question, solution and assessment scheme is mapped question wise to make assessment convenient.
- Maximum marks for every question/sub question is registered with the system
- Number of pages for answer script and attachment are preconfigured.
- Frequency for assessor face verification and assessor’s screen capturing get pre configured.
- Assessor, their identity and assessment centres for them get registered.

Salient Features of the On Screen Assessment System :
- System confirms the registered phone number and the identity of all the assessor.
- System continuously monitor the identity of each assessor and its activity on screen during assessment; failing the same systems denies further assessment and report to the administrator.
- Multiple assessments and moderations are possible
- System reconfirms zero mark or no attempted answers
- System does not allow blank marks and marks beyond max. Marks
- Allotment of answer script is automatic and no manual intervention is permitted
- Once submitted no assessor can change the mark
- Assessor can not have any clue about the identity of the answer script since such pages of the answer script are not served for assessment.
- Secured browser is used for the utmost security if data and prevent any unlawful penetration in the system.
- Assessor has to complete the assessment of the incomplete answer script to get the new answer script even after change of machine.
- Marks post assessment is available through an absolutely secured procedure.
Salient Features Of The Digital and Physical Answer Scripts Storage System :
- Physical answer scripts gets stored in the client premises under their custody in a very well defined storage rack system post successful outward entry.
- All the digital copy i.e. PDFs of the scanned answer scripts gets securely stored post upload and gets archived by the time directed by the client.
- Post result declaration client can sought a list of answer scripts which system makes available without any manual intervention to authorized person. Such report denotes the bag and the location for every script.
- Online reassessment is made available in certain cases as demanded by the client.
- System makes the marks for the reassessed cases available as directed by the client.
