Pre Examination

- Student acknowledges the receipt of the appropriate barcode by signing in the attendance register against the roll number
- Student pastes the barcode label on the answer script as well as OMR sheet in predefined place in the respective session
- Student manually fills all the details i.e. roll number, subject, medium, signature etc. for cross reference on the Answer Script
- Student paste the hollow opaque sticker on the obvious information part and secure the answer script
- On completion of the examination invigilator fills the present, absent and unfair means student count in the attendance register
- Invigilator pastes all the unused barcode labels on the attendance register
- Invigilator signs the attendance register
- Pack attendance register and all the answer script in the secured envelope and seal it .

Post Result Activity

- Retrieve answer scripts and OMR Sheets based on UID number
- Client verifies the marks and submit necessary changes referring to the UID number
- Changes gets executed based on UID numbers
- For change cases result gets reprocessed and new mark sheets get printed with revised result.
- Office records gets printed for the final result data and goes to the custody of the client
